One of the interesting parts of Change.org is the mention of "how they hate email clutter just as much as you do". Yet, Change.org causes it just the same. Change.org has a privacy policy, which gives details on how your email address and other information about you is collected and used. More specifically, and in short, how it's used to send you advertisements.
There are many cases in which the emails sent to you by Change.org could be important, so be cautious when blocking them, and we'd recommend trying to unsubscribe from offer emails before blocking them with Block Sender. But this isn't always possible, and they may still be loading your Gmail account with lots of useless and/or annoying email.
Here is how you can get rid of their emails:
- Install Block Sender for Gmail by clicking the "Install" button found in the upper right-hand corner of this site. The installation won’t take long. Open Gmail when it is done.
- After signing up for a Block Sender account and linking your Gmail account to Block Sender, open the unwanted email from Change.org, and click the "Block" button on the messages toolbar.
- Select the "Emails from this sender" option.
